What we Need to Start Work
These items can be requested from the project owner, general contractor, or engineer

REQUIRED - Full set of PDF plans (does not need to be vectorized)
REQUIRED - CAD files in DWG or DGN format, request all base files and XREFs
REQUIRED - For building foundation models, northings / eastings of at least two grid line intersections for coordination of the structural CAD with the civil CAD
OPTIONAL - XML surfaces and alignments, if available
